Karen Amlin is a coach, trainer, and consultant who helps people understand themselves more deeply so they can create meaningful change in every part of their lives. With more than 20,000 hours of coaching and training experience, she supports individuals working on personal growth as well as leaders and teams seeking to strengthen communication, confidence, and connection.
Her work blends emotional intelligence, practical tools, and human‑centered insight. She is the author of Be THAT Leader and the forthcoming Human Foundations, a book that explores how our earliest internal foundations shape the patterns, behaviors, and relationships that show up at home, at work, and in leadership.
